The car was great. When we picked it up, no one was at the office. We had to wait 15 minutes till someone finally showed up. Enterprise allows a spouse to be a second driver for free, however my email receipt showed a charge for a second driver. When I called about the charge, the man on the phone said he had reviewed the charges with my husband. Then he said that someone in Portland would contact me and to put the money back on our credit card. This hasn't happened yet. And my husband said the man did not review the charges, he just told him the total amount.

We had an accident and had to go our local Geico office to meet with our insurance agent in Yarmouth. The Enterprise rental professional Justin Dooley showed us exceptional service. He works with insurance companies to help accident victims get back into a car ASAP after an accident. He greeted us warmly, was sincere about being sorry we were in an accident, and immediately offered his assistance. He worked quickly and diligently to get us in a truck the same day we put our truck in the shop! He promised he would do his best to get us an SUV or truck so th at we could still do everything we needed to do. Justin arranged for an Enterprise rental professional to meet us at the body shop for a seamless transition. Exceptional service throughout! We will only use them!
